how much do they go for new?

Vespa no longer makes the P200E. The P200E was known as the Honda Civic/VW Bugs of the scooter world. According to Vespa clubs around the world, $1200 for a P200E in that condition is fair, however, I had to pull a classic RS Lowball in order to pick this classic up. ;)

If you were to buy a brand new P200E, I'm sure it would've been a good $3000 so probably the equivilant of $6500 today?

and everyone thought that the RS lowballers were a PITA, but it looks like their lowballing charm worked!

Nice scooter :D

Now if you could back off the gay a bit and go find my Tie, that'd be great. :D

My entire collection of ties are worth more than all the mods on your car, kiddo! :lol

The only thing I caught in this thread was, MILF and nice rack...

the only mods on my car are tint, sub, and some guy's license plate embedded into my front bumper :p
I don't think any collection of ties can beat that.

My sister had a few of those when she lived in Canada. I remember her '82 was a P200 bored out 30 over with racing components. It could easily do 140 kms/hr (which is frightening) and would out-do almost any car on the road in zero to 60.

She also had a real classic '58 what was white with baby blue accents. It was featured in a Petro-Can commercial back in the 90's.

If you need to know anything about these Piaggo's or lambrettas my sister is a specialist on the subject.:p

I know I'm bumping a 3 year old thread, but if anybody is interested, I sold the bike in 2008 to a German guy who took the motor out, did some basic maintenance, rode it from Vancouver, down to San Fran, across the United States and into Niagara Falls before the motor caved in. When I had sold Roy the Vespa, the motor had 30,000 original KMs on it.

You can read about it on this blog here - Rocket and Roy's Scooter Canonball Adventure 2008

seakrait 04-04-2010 03:21 AM
