I overheard someone saying that the vehicle was picked up from the customer's house and was almost back to the dealership for service or something.

Yeah I really don't know much about the story. Just kind of lol to see what it would look like to see if I forgot to torque my wheels. Brutal for the owner of the vehicle though. Imagine getting that call.

weird, if hand tightening the lug nuts and it's loose, it should fall off one by one, then you'll notice vibration and knocking. Had that happen to me once:rofl:, didn't remember how it happened, but I pulled over and tighten the remaining 3/5, and went home to fill the other 2 and torqued them...
