Yeah they did, but the ACR version was actually a lower trim than the R/T (kinda backwards nomenclature if you ask me).

Nope, this is the original 1st gen Neon which had an R/T trim featuring more power, adjustible Koni's, and other sport upgrades. It was rated pretty well in magazines at the time for its handling, but yes the interior and materials in general were still shitty Neon quality.
