Yes, but that doesn't detract from the fact that the seller is bonkers for trying to sell it for more than it's worth -- 8 grand more.

I think it is. Although the other photos have the same spoiler. There's no shadow from the spoiler and the shine doesn't match with the side panel, unless it's a matte color.
