Finally got mike to do something for my car after 2 years of asking him questions

It was very good, such little subtleties made the install that much more worth it.

Very positive. 3rd of 4th time working with him as a buyer, very satisfied.
actually satisfaction isn't a good enough of a descriptive word for my experience with mike, but beside the point, the install was good.
