lol, u comparing G35 with a M3? They are totally different class! i'd get M3, G35 is best bang for the bucks if u have budget issue, M3 is the real bling bling men's car! |
^^^yeah a brand new G35 vs. used M3 i heard its not a good idea to buy a used BMW cause you have to do alot of research on used BMW's casue they are expensive to repair |

Then, when ICBC pays you handsomely, because your family has a fancy lawyer, I recommend that you kick your father square in the testicles so he can never procreate again. You owe that to Vancouver, at the very least. Oh yeah, come out to a meet, do donuts, it will be fun! :ratedb: |

BMW 335i? Is it possible to get one at 46k? Buy a TSX. With the G35, you will end up racing and crashing it. The M3 is hideous. Enjoy your purchase. Hope you don't regret 10 years down the road. |
take the M3~ that car is a beauty. or get a new 335i coupe base model (the ride is stiff as hell tho, i suggest you get coilovers or something.) |
whatever you end up buying, i recommend putting aside a few grand in invest in driving lessons so you don't initial d yourself into a house with your brand new sports car/coupe. |
G35 is nice. but I would get a M3 (but then again I'm bias since I own one). different style. try them out and see which one you like best. If its a brand new G35 vs used M3, I'd probably consider G35. Aside from your budget and preference, you might also want to consider branding and class, all of which BMW wins hands down. |
If i were you, i will look into these cars: 07 G35 coupe 07 350Z Used M3 07 328i (coupe) seeing the way you suggested your list, the list above seems logical. i can see where you are coming from, you want either the europe style with luxury interior with plenty of horsepower but don't mind in getting a second hand car as compromise(which is why the choice of M3) or getting a very popular brand new japanese sport car. for the suggestion of the new 335i coupe, i say it will be totally out of your choice because of the price range. A basic 335i will cost you 55,000 with out ANY options, that, we are talking about an undrivable bmw. if you are to look into that league, i highly suggest the 328i. i mean, if you do want to go all the way to enjoy the europe interior quality and fit and finish, you should make the compromise and not have a quick car. a 328i would be a very good consideration in your boat. I personally do not suggest a bmw m3. For one, you are not sure what maintainence bill you are expecting. BMW is famed for small problems, and when you get a bmw, that is what you get, you are expect to pay a few bit to maintain the car because small little glitch will cost you money. Of course, if you do buy one from dealer, they have those pre-owned vechicle warranty, that would make no problem for you since the warranty would then cover up the cost. However, please keep in mind on one thing, the New 2008 M3 will be out in September, when it comes out, i will gurrantee you, no matter how ugly it is as how many critics has criticize on bangle's design, the old model will be dated very soon once the new one start growing on you. you have to ask yourself, Are you up to and prepare to drive an older model car when someone is driving the newest one on the street? I find G35 and 350Z being extremely excellent vechicle. Apart from getting a first year production, like i do, the car should give you no problem and very low maintainence cost. It's overall a fantastic package with a reasonable price. Just one thing, avoid the first year. though, in your case, you won't have that problem. so, if i were you, i would either choose the G35/350z or a new 328i. As for myself, i don't like driving older model, if the new m3 wasn't going to come out this year, or in the next two year, of course, even me, i will get a m3. Yet, this is not the case. hope that helps~ |
350Z is too small i need something with 4 seats or more looking in to getting a new BMW 328i or maybe a 335i but still considering a G35 tho :D |
