SumAznGuy shot me this link earlier today.

Urban Exploration Resource: Forum - Thread: The 'ol raceway

I went back earlier this summer to check it out and it actually looks pretty good. The track is still pitted in areas but at least they've finished clearing out the hill where the bleachers used to be. I still want to try and do something here but there's a lot of red tape to cut through.

One day though...

If nothing else, Campbell Valley park is a nice place to go for a walk almost any time of the year, checking out the old race track is just a bonus.

Back in the day my friends and would hang around there late at night and party. Nice seeing this thread bumped, makes me reminisce a bit, I loved growing up in Langley.

Nice to see this track getting some work done on it! Always wondered what it was doing in the middle of the forest.
Needless to say, I may have gotten a truck into it during my wreckless highschool days

I drove the track last year at the P.I.S.R.A. hot rod reuninion. It was an amazing feeling.

I'd love to see it back up and running.

Count me in on any future plans.

I think it's time to go for a hike out there.
Awesome to see that it's been somewhat maintained. Those blackberries were taking over.
