Hands down MS has the worst customer service i've ever experienced.

I don't have Live either. Haven't found a game that I really want to play online. Now that I am getting better at Formula 1 though, I will be playing it more online.. of course, that's PS3... which I prefer because it's free 
But if someone wants to play Crackdown I would consider subscribing.. that would be fun as hell in co-op but I don't want to play with strangers.

I want to get one used or new off the net. But how does warranty work if the person i buy it from dont have a reciept? Is there a date printed on the warranty sticker?

My advice to you is buy it from a store and get extended warranty so you don't have to go through microsoft warranty.

i picked it up the week that it came out on bestbuy... and thats when they had a really good sale price.. $70, the game and the guitar..
neone plannin on getting the downloadable content on live? pretty retarded and overpriced i think...... $5 for 2 songs.. and they are from the first GH
