Flo tea house on Granville/63rdish. Beside Bubbleworld and Bubbletopia.
Plus the food there is pretty good.
but of course, nothing beats CAPTAIN HAPPY BUBBLE...that place is #1 |

Dragonball tea house?
Its in the west side of vancouver but is one of the best bubble tea places i've been to.
