I will not buy another lamborghini until the murci replacement comes out. the car does not impress me enough to buy another even if the lp does have more power I don't see it being a night and day difference.

there are rumors of an SV murcielago for next year which usually happens right before the model is killed overall. Rumors are the sv murci is supposed to be 700 hp and REAR WHEEL DRIVE! Should be a beast. I still won't buy it though rather wait the extra year and get the new one that comes out. I am hoping to have the first murci replacement in canada. I am also discussing getting the first lp560 (gallardo replacement with Lambo of Van) They have a black with black interior and black wheels coming in Sept.

I'm probably going to get the haters coming out on my comment about not being impressed with the Murci but in all honesty, the murci/lp640 is an obsolete car with it's tubular steel chassis. It's way too heavy and the V12 is on its last phase. Car looks badass but deep down inside it doesn't compare with other cars in the half million dollar price range.

I don't baby my cars and contrary to what jason believes from a few years back of I don't know how to drive because his little supercharged s2k beat my bone stock viper with about 300 kms on it (hardly any seat time to get used to the clutch etc.) in a 1/8th mile I driver fairly well and push my cars to the limits. The murci is fun but not out of this world fun which is something I want when spending 400+ thousand on a car.

that was 3 years ago and i had almost 0 seat time in that car. the clutch was a lot different then what I thought. but yes you challenged me to a race and smoked me. It just won't ever happen again so enjoy it ;)
