Hmm confused about a lot of stuff on cars now. LOL like how would a 2.75" cat back bolt with a test pipe bolt onto the stock exhaust manifold??
+ Why the hell would 16x7 +38mm rub on stock suspension and it wont when you lower it like 1.5"

O man i'm gettin creeped out.. sittin here in my office and theres 2 dudes sitting in a pickup parked right outside both talking on cellphones, and staring into my window? O well, at least its almost the weekend!! WOO!! 
^k20- fuck the 2.75", go for a full 4" exhaust, no cat no muffler nothing. heh heh heh  I can't really answer ur questions tho...? perhaps the tech forum might be a better choice? or ask ur teacher in school! ( u r doin auto-tech correct?)

The rubbing depends on what kind of suspension you have. Obviously something that is more stiff won't have as much give so when you go over bumps, it won't rub. That's one explanation, any how.
