I've seen that before. It's either a shitty brand, a defect of 1/10000, or your brake shoes weren't adjusted properly and it's just been sitting there, even when you press the brakes. Eventually the glue wears out when the brakes finally get used.

Yeah I feel kinda fucking' bummed out because I don't have a car to drive at the moment and I can't get to work. Sighhhh only if school wasn't in the way; but hten again, how can I find a good job without school.
