lol that is fuken sad

typ. 04-29-2008 07:35 PM

lol passed it my first time too..
but if you fail the L test you have to wait 24 hours before you can take it again.. so yeah 1 day..
as for motorcycle license, you can do the test after you get your N i think.. or you have to have 1 year driving experience before you can do ur motorcycles license.. but im pretty sure you dont have to wait that long.

DEFINITELY not 7 days for me..
because.. i failed on May 29 went back on June 4. that's only 6days.
maybe it changed now.

And how ppl say it's all common sense.. def not too, the first test i had.. it's those.. thinking questions >.< .. second test was common sense. it depends which test you get and if ur lucky to get the easy test.

Inaii 04-29-2008 09:56 PM

Mine was a lot of the see-think-do questions, which I admit, I didn't pay as much attention to as the signs. And whoever said "he thinks he's a cool dude" I'm not a he thanks.

I'm gonna go back tomorrow (wednesday) morning and re-take the test. Hopefully I pass this time, I read the book cover to cover last night... 2 or 3 of the questions I had on the test I don't think I even saw in the book.

Sorry for bumping up the dead, but I remember that there was this website with 200+ questions and gave you the answers for all of them... does anybody remember? My friend is getting her L and I thought about helping her by showing her that website

SpuGen 11-09-2010 08:17 AM

Dont they still have it on the ICBC site?

I remember doing it when I went to get my L like almost 6 years ago.

Found it. It's not 200 Questions, but it still works.

next day

ilvtofu 11-09-2010 08:20 AM

yeah i'm pretty sure it's the next day, I didn't bother reading the book either :/ i did the online practise exam twice and went for it. Done under 5 minutes too lol

That would probably be my top tip, do the practise exam until you get 3 or 4 100% in a row you're bound to pass, just make sure you understand it and aren't answering correctly because u remember the answers

jjson 11-09-2010 10:04 AM

pretty sure it's next day. if you go on a friday and "didn't pass"... then it will be the following monday. but make sure you go early before they do the cut off for the day (I'm guessing around 3:45 to 4pm? is when the cut off is) because there will usually be a lot of people waiting to do the test as well as other misc. things.

hope this helps

I don't remember if its a total of 200 questions, but it is much more longer and more difficult than the icbc online test.

Well that explains it.

t8v6 11-09-2010 12:14 PM

lol i remember taking it only once and just passing (80%? or was it 86%?). all the questions i got wrong were concerning sharing the road haha

Not really racist! 11-09-2010 02:21 PM

Passing is 80% IIRC

ilvtofu 11-09-2010 03:56 PM

^yup when I did it was as soon as you get 40 questions correct.

seakrait 11-09-2010 05:14 PM

yeah, you don't have to do all the questions as long as you pass enough of them. IIRC anyway. saves on time i suppose.

that reminds me of a girl from school that failed 6 times  idk if she has her L by now but it was hilarious LOL.

and this one girl who failed within 24-25 questions but she got it a week after haha
