^Playing with drury and gomez will definitely make it fun again. He was playing with 3rd liners and sometimes 4th liners last year lol. But I'm sure he had a good time here except the last couple of years.

Quellet is a good player, he puts up decent #'s every season. But with a team filled with Decent Forwards do we really need him?
from my understanding we now have Quellet, Wellwood, Pettinger sitting in the stands. I honestly think we should trade Pyatt cause i believe Wellwood could do alot better than he can base on skill. Plus Pyatt has some market value.

I would've preferred Krajicek on the Nucks roster, especially with Bourdon gone. Krajicek's skating and outlet passing IMO is needed more than O'Brien's game since we already have Mitchell, Davison, Bieska and Ohlund playing that stay at home style. O'Brien from all reports is a great team player tho.

Vancouver Canucks General Manager Mike Gillis announced today that the Canucks have acquired defenceman Shane O’Brien and right wing Michel Ouellet in exchange for defenceman Lukas Krajicek and right wing Juraj Simek from the Tampa Bay Lightning. O’Brien will report to Vancouver and Ouellet will report to Manitoba.

Horrible trade for us. O'Brien was horrendous against the Rangers. We lost a great puck moving defense men who came to his own last season before getting injured. What the hell are we going to do with Ouellet, boost scoring for Manitoba?
