as much as i like Bieksa, i think we should trade him for some fowards, why do we need to have such a deep d-core, we have freakin luongo!! Get some damn forwards who can score
it was sad to see some games last year where luongo would almost post shutouts or let in 1 or 2 goals and we'd still lose.

I could see Bert going to Calgary because Keenan likes to sign players who fuck up team chemistry. I just wonder how badly Keenan will fuck up the Flames before he's chased out of town.

bottom line is this : Our team sucks period! When Lo's contract is up, he wont be here PERIOD!!! so jus dump everyone on the team an start fresh. We have just a bunch of random no name players and in this day an age wont make up for anything.
Until we even make he playoffs, dont even bother sticking up for any players or defending them cuz honestly . This is pathedic waste of a fucking thread

And Lidstrom isn't a soft European. He's a fucking Hall-of-Fame (guaranteed) defenseman that has never had a minus season and has been at or near the top of the league for the last 15 or so years. He's only a SLIGHT step down from Steve Yzerman as a Red Wings captain...and that's only because Stevie Y is one of the greatest leaders in hockey history. Comparing Lidstrom's skill and leadership qualities to the Sedins or Markus Naslund is like comparing Sleeman's to Bud Light. He's doesn't play a particularly physical style but if you piss him off, he'll burn you on the scoreboard instead and then smirk in your face.
Lidstrom will go down as one of the greatest players ever in the NHL while the Sedins and Naslund will probably be forgotten outside of Vancouver when they retire.

The Sedins are not real top line players. They are only on our top line cause we have nobody else. In reality the Sedins are top 2nd line players. You need a reality check and start paying attention to the rest of the NHL. The Sedins are not 1st line players, they are not future hall of famers, they are not superstars. Not to mention the Sedins, don't play well in the playoffs so they cannot bring Canucks the cup. They make great plays together, but are pretty predictable.
Regular season, taking one game at a time with different teams and they get tons of points. Playing the same team consecutively, possibily 7 times in a row, midway though game 2, the other team has them figured out. Then they disappear.

This is where I totally disagree with what you wrote. I mean you might not be happy with what management is doing or during the season how players are performing but seriously win or lose your team should be your team.

For 2M, I would've taken Bertuzzi. Compared to all the other UFAs and inflation in salaries, if Big Bert can stay healthy, he'd be a steal.
