Kovalev has said he was disappointed with the behaviors of some of the younger habs players lately.

It sure looks like SOB.
I remember seeing the players wives on the annual Canucks telethon and almost all of them are smoking hot! Makes the most of the chicks in the photos there look like washed up groupies.
I dunno why, but I always think Salo looks like a grandpa compared to all the other dudes...

I think in hockey towns, it doesn't matter how ugly you look, you'll get the ladies no matter what. Of course there is the great chance the pickings are slim.
But yeah, definite groupie bitches. Which leads me to believe, can you really blame Kobe? Fucking cockteases.

I used to get those two mixed up actually. Like when I first saw SOB this season, I thought that was Pyatt. And I remember early on, I used to think Ohlund and Morrison had some resemblences from a distance, despite one being bigger and naturally having a "meatier" face.

REPORT: ALLEGED CRIMINAL LINKED TO MEMBERS OF CANADIENS Quote:
As many problems as the Canadiens have had on the ice lately, they potentially have an even greater one off the ice.
Montreal's La Presse newspaper is expected to report in Friday's edition that some members of the team may have had a relationship with an alleged criminal who was recently arrested in a sting operation by Montreal police.
The police reportedly recorded conversations between the arrested man, Mangiola Pasquale, and at least two players.
Pasquale was arrested on charges of drug trafficking last Thursday

^^^ Until they clarify what they mean by "relationship" I don't see it as a big deal. As far as we know, it could just be a distant acquaintance yet exaggerated for media sensationalism. Need more details.

Sportsnet's early writeup: http://www.sportsnet.ca/hockey/2009/02/20/report_habs/ Quote:
According to sources, French newspaper La Presse in Montreal will have a story in Friday's edition which will reportedly name some Montreal Canadiens who could be in legal trouble.
Andrei and Sergei Kostitsyn have reportedly been linked to a suspected member of organized crime recently arrested under the police operation Axe.
According to La Presse, 38-year-old Mangiola Pasquale made a number of services available to the two young players at bars, including girls and luxury cars.
During the investigation, police allegedly recorded secret phone conversations between the Kostitsyns and Pasquale, referred to as a big friend of the brothers.
Meanwhile, the Globe and Mail reported Friday that Alexei Kovalev is expected to rejoin the Canadiens at practice Friday. The forward was told to stay home during the Habs two-game road trip Tuesday by general manager Bob Gainey.

The story was reported here by Asterix. Funny thing is, I got the EXACT same info from someone who IS in the know... I'm just saying, believe me or not....
Habs management were in a meeting since 8pm, Bettman was on his way to Montreal, RCMP was going to arrest players, the names we got were Price, Gorges and Higgins, and the charges mentionned were of sexual nature, possibly r*pe. The email I got specifically said "Their careers are pretty much over"...
Again, this came from a source who IS part of the media. So basically, either he duped me (I don't know if Asterix and I share the same source) or he got duped. He also said his information came from someone who was on 110% tonight (I'm not going to name anyone).
Initally, this story broke out on 110% when Richard Labbé said it was going to be the sadest day in the Habs' history. Demers said similar things on L'AntiChambre.
So yeah, slight exaggeration by the media...
