^ I think it was for one of my buddy's friend birthday. I bounced to Fabric too but just ended up going home after since some of my friend's couldn't get in.

For now yes, they planning to move during summer to Renfrew Street and East 12th where ever that is =\. You can check out the interior and exterior (Takes awhile to load in PDF).
