i spoke with a employee from EB and he told me the computer said a release date of Q4 2009!! He said he was sure that was a mistake, since the info in their system is from their HQ.

theres no arcade at that location, i google mapped Circus Circuit and it says its right beside staples. I was there yesterday and all i saw was a fuken churches chicken

They said there was a way to play as him in SFII, and that he was Ken and Ryu's trainer. Later, Capcom actually wrote a character to be their trainer, but called him Gouken. So I guess you can still call him Sheng Long for nostalgia's sake (just make sure you pronounce Long as rhyming with "Lone" not "Wrong" or it just sounds stupid)
