Did anyone renew their parking pass yet? I'm still wondering if I should just wait on it :( I'm hoping to get a B-lot pass if possible or even convocation mall! :D

I thought you can renew and then upgrade later if they come available? Phone the office =)

I don't know about convocation, but my friend once told me that you are very likely to be able to get a pass for westmall since it's most expensive lol

I always see signs saying there are b-lot passes still available half way through the semester, so chances are there may be a few available.

Are you kidding me? This sem they didn't even have them :( I've waited and nothing. So I'm hoping someone grads and need to give up their pass haha. The B-lot passes you saw might've been those "4-day" passes.

Usually you need more than 60 credits to register in upper divisional courses.

I heard ARCH100 changed. As in, the course load got harder lolz.

^ I don't think you should take arch..... Choose something easier as an elective, it seems like you really need to boost your GPA.

I took ARCH100 before already lolz. So it doesn't matter haha.

CMPT165 = no tutorials, but they do have mandatory labs every week. (with greg baker, so easy). kin143 is PE isnt it? I heard all you do is run for 1 hr non stop in the wood trails.

Arch100 is being a bitch. If its curved me and kluk have a chance at gettin pretty high... YEEEEEEEEEEEE.

I spoke to the prof, he is really chill... he basically told me that it wont be scaled, but it will be fair, so that your percentage = whatever letter grade is usually given to that percentage. In cmpt165 u just go over stuff like HTML, no dreamweaver is allowed... then we went into CSS then combined html and css etc.. now we are starting python but its pretty basic stuff. I bought all the required txtbooks, but in the first lecture he said u dont need any of it, and the only one you need is the study guide (WHICH IS PROVIDED FOR YOU ELECTRONICALLY on his website). Projects are like, make a website, make a blog using html css etc... pretty easy if you follow the study guide.

linguistics 100 is supposed to be easy too (conflicted with my schedule)

crim104 or anything with barry cartwright. midterm studied the day before, got 19.5/20. one tutorial presentation, easy as hell. one term paper, FOUR pages double spaced which is due tomorrow and I started it a few hours ago.

@ AK - The exams are rreally easy, 15 MC , then long answers , then like 1 html writeup, then 1 look-for-errors in html page..... the long answers were 3 parts in 1 question. And the stuff other than MC are already given to you on the sample midterm, so basically you dont study anything since its almost exactly the same as the sample. Oh yea, you also get a 1 sided paper for cheat sheet and you can write as small and as much as you want lol. As for psych 100 no, i already took that, and no ling100 is boring as hellz.
