I'm pretty sure you need both. Sure as hell wish if I had 207 then I didn't need 301, wouldn't have to go through so much trouble.

EDIT: So you don't need BUS 207 anymore for Econ major. WTF. I thought we needed it before.

207 is for bus and 301 is for econ

^ I remember when I first started my Econ major I needed BUS 207.

I'm not enrolled in next sems 333. (I registered for it during course regis as a precautionary but the system auto dropped me out of it). I heard that if you need to retake an essential course the advisor can put you in? Can anyone confirm?

I went with econ major as well after failing to get into beedie :(. But its not the end of the world though.

Edit: For upcoming changes I think existing students will still fall under the "old" system. Or thats how it was for a friend of mine whos been in IAT for like 6 years

with the new regulation yes its cgpa over 2.4 and over 3.0 to get into accounting honors

the 2.4 CGPA requirement to continuation for business is only required for you to take business courses. If you fall below 2.4 CGPA, you are still able to take electives to boost up your CGPA back to 2.4+ (AFAIK)
