whats sfu's policy on tuition penalty for dropping classes? I registered in a class but Im 100% sure that I dropped the course before the first day of lectures. And now I find out I have a $50 financial hold | |

if classes begin for everyone on monday, and your lecture was friday, the deadline is before monday, not friday.

from Deadlines - Simon Fraser University
December 2 (Friday) Last day for 100% refund of tuition.
December 3 (Saturday) to January 11 (Wednesday) Tuition penalty of $50 for each class dropped (maximum total penalty $100) during this period, if your net course load has decreased.

Masri's MC was based entirely off of lecture slides and the text  maybe a couple of tricky questions here and there but I think I did pretty well on it xP
