Black v-neck, black sweats, worked on bicep/triceps with my buddies
So many people using free weights today. Couldn't find a 40/45lb on the rack the entire time
Fuark I hate the first week

searched online about muscle cramps, then pulled muscles came up as well. ehh don't know if I pulled a muscle or it is just a cramp... god this sucks, hopefully I didn't pull a muscle, no more leg day...
