This happened to me at one of the vending machines in the library. I'm pretty sure Obama's to blame for this.

It's a bit tough to see because of the glare, but the bag is stuck on the rings.

first year checklist:

condoms
cups
ping pong balls
binoculars

Kick it really hard lol

..... I accidentally broke the glass on one of the machines in the AQ. It was midnight, I'm all hopped up on redbull and caffeine pills and I'm just a little ball of frustration, anger, and irritibility at this point. Anyways, I put in my $5 and the thing got stuck, I did a SWAT-style "OPEN THE DOOR, POLICE!!" kick and the entire glass panel fell off backwards.

Oh, and don't forget:

$2000-$3000 of your (or your parents) cold hard cash you'll never get back for tuition
$300-$600 for books you'll buy new if you can't find them anywhere else

 SFU scamcity

Oh, and $5 for 100 caffeine pills (fck getting coffee at Timmy Ho's it gets expensive)

SFU library. I don't bother even photocopying anymore, just borrow books from library, read + takes notes + do questions, return, self study.

Another option is borrow from friend; odds are neither of you are gonna start reading till the week before midterms/finals :troll:

Any word on SFU revscene club?

vyrospec 08-30-2013 08:31 AM

Fight club meets once a month. Anyone in?

ForeverYours 08-30-2013 01:53 PM

Went to fight club a couple days ago - seems like the place is renovating

RacingMetro92 08-30-2013 05:24 PM

Hopefully they don't keep the price up at 5.95 for breakfast. I ran a booth during Rez orientation and the food was shit. I'm also in for fight club meats

Nah, I'm living on res. Can't be bothered to drive 2+ hours each day from Richmond and back.

is350 09-02-2013 11:11 AM

Anyone knows what happens when you drop a waitlisted course? Do you get a penalty for doing that?

vyrospec 09-02-2013 11:35 AM

Did you mean that you are currently in the waitlist or the course itself has a waitlist but you yourself are enrolled?

If you are in the waitlist, then there should not be a penalty because you don't officially hold up a spot.
If you are enrolled, no shit you gotta pay for hogging the spot
