| Disputing Impark Ticket
So I parked BCIT gravel lot this afternoon. I got a ticket when I got back saying I parked in obstruction. You know not in a right spot.
The problem is it was a right spot, and it only looked like I was off because the concrete strip thingy was moved. I was in the right distance relative to a car in another row.
I did buy ticket and I still have it. I took 6 pictures to prove my parking spot was right and that the strip moved. I'm going to email them and say I have all the evidences available, and I can bring those to court or send them to prove my innocent.
Any comments or stuff I should beware of before I email?

Same sht happened to me at bcit, there were a bunch of spaces they deleted when they repainted the lines and added the numbers a few years ago. You could still see the old lines but those spots did not have the numbers in them. I thought since i had a parking pass that it shouldnt have been a big deal to park in them, well i got a ticket as did many many others every day until a month later they put numbers on those spots. They didn't let me off the hook for the ticket and thus started my hatred against impark.
I wish you the best of luck but i wouldn't hold my breath.

Step 1) Unzip
Step 2) Helicopter
You have very little to worry about from Impark. They're a joke.
I'd take Volvo-brickster's advice and get a new plate. Show your olympic spirit and get a 2010 one.

Call impark they are usually pretty generous if its your first time. Tell them what happened and that you paid for a ticket and still got a ticket.
Keep your paid ticket cause they will ask you for the serial number and stuff like that I can't remember. Anyways it happened to me and I told them what happened they ended up canceling my ticket.

Fuck Impark and BCIT...
they won't do shit... just change your plates, or in my case, I couldn't, I just paid it, and keep all sorts of Impark tickets for my dash so they won't ticket me again XD

Some concrete strips on the floor, aren't even spaces / placed properly.
What is their email? Can't find it!

you dont even have to bring them to court you are not obliged by law to pay a parking ticket given out by a company like impark or diamond because it is not an official city of vancouver parking bylaw it will not hold up in court. only parking tix you must worry about are the official ones given out by city parking officials or police

Hi, i just got an IMPARK ticket at aberdeen centre today. I want to dispute it ( loL ), i'm wondering how they keep track of how long some cars have been there? Anybody know?
I'm planning on saying how i left the spot to go to Parker Place and returned to Aberdeen only to find the same spot vacant. Do you think it'll work?
