It won't be for IHOP..

It'll end up being for something like erectile disfunction!!

skyxx 10-15-2008 03:15 PM

I don't mind plastering my vehicle with IHOP, or LA Senza... As long as it makes decent money I could care less. Even if they installed a GPS, i could care less......unless it's like Eagle eye... :/

heleu 10-15-2008 03:47 PM

hmmm..I drive an average of 60km a day....Time to buy a beater to cover with stickers...

its fine if you drive an ecobox or a family van/suv.

its diffrent when you drive a sport/luxury vehicle....kinda looks funny when a +80G car and stickers plastered all over it for ~1800bux.

if you drive a nice porsche/bmw/mb etc... you would figure that the owner wouldn't need the extra money.

Apparently PMPJuiL drives a Porsche...:p

SolidPenguin 10-15-2008 11:13 PM

Can i do that with my Impreza or like an Evo/Lancer and make it look like a rallycar with all the ads?

Maybe that "rally inspired" Ferrari Red Hyundai accent everyone sees around would do this.

AdamCo 10-15-2008 11:32 PM

60km/day is for pussies, 100+/day club or GTFO. In any event good luck collecting payment. The only companies that reliably pay out in this sort of setup are the strip clubs in Vegas.

Marco911 10-16-2008 05:18 AM

Porsche called. They want their car back.

stay on topic and don't bring immature garbage here.

Well Finally, I got myself a sponsor. It is the same Web Hosting company in UK I have been contacting and they are willing to put ads on my 2001 Integra Coupe and my sister's 2003 Honda CRV. Terms are same as above. Yayee! Finally. I couldn't be happier. Thanks to freepaidcars.com

Terms:
Tracking device to be installed to follow up on my driving route.
5 months of advertising w/ decent monthly wage. ($850 for each car)
Website for me and wanting me to work as an affiliate to get % of sales I make.
Ads size (40cm x 80cm on each door)

Rikaro 11-19-2008 06:58 AM

^
damn if there's no tracking device I would have signed up on my car and do runs to the mountains everyday lol

so its 850 per month for each car right? and you have to go participate everytime theres an event?...what if theres an event in alberta?...would you have to drive all the way out there and back?

Raid3n 11-19-2008 08:36 AM

that was for a dif company i think.

keep us updated on whether or not they pay out.

PMPJuiL 12-09-2008 08:32 PM

Hey Raid3n, I got my payment today (Dec 9th, 2008). I drove more than the required amount a month already and received an early payment. My sister hasn't reached the required amount yet so hers didn't come.

Supafly: They haven't mentioned anything about attending every event but I only need to attend events which are held in Vancouver area.

mickz 12-09-2008 10:17 PM

Where do you get the tracking device installed and who foots the bill?

PMPJuiL 01-10-2009 09:41 PM

Update: Received my second payment today (Jan 10th)

mickz: I installed it myself. They sent me the device with instructions. Installation is piece of cake.

TheSmokeShow 01-10-2009 10:37 PM

they need anyone on vancouver island? :)

danned 01-10-2009 10:39 PM

does that really work?

MERXUS 01-11-2009 10:33 PM

its all bullshit-- ive applied 4 times-- last year and year before-- i have 2007 now 2008 car... and still nothign -- f@#ck them

mickz 01-11-2009 11:17 PM

It probably depends on your car. Looks like the OP has a Porsche and that will obviously turn more heads than a regular Civic or Corolla you see hundreds of everyday, hence generate more publicity for the company sponsoring him.

misteranswer 01-11-2009 11:24 PM

Pictures of your car?

Marco911 01-12-2009 02:35 AM

The OP does not have a Porsche. Porsche owners would not humiliate themselves for a measly couple of dollars.

Considering you can buy a used Boxster easily for $15K from the states, I think there might be quite a few people willing to "humilate" themselves. It might be enough to pay for your car payment!

You may be able to buy a used Boxster for $15K but the maintainence would still kill you, so Porsche is still an aspirational product.
