My Coolsat 7000 been down since last year. My Sonicview 360 Premier been working with the same software since January and still works right now. Just Dish 110, 119, 129 works including ppv except porn channels. Dish 118.7 stopped working in April and bell 82,91 stopped working since last year.

I think the IKS server is in Korea or some shit. If they get busted and shutdown, and the big media companies ask for IPs, yeah you're fucked then.

We were watching the pacquiao fight on saturday and the channels kept freezing every 2 mins. This was happening to everyone as dish network was playing with the stream.

they don't keep a log of the ip's...i mean create a proxy if your concerned...
btw..i didn't have any problem with the fight...only lasted 5 mins...were you watching the undercards? lol

been reading up on the forums and the beta fix is out..they are saying channels are being updated daily. some hd channels are working. once its out of the beta stage everything should be good...finally some light at the end of the tunnel..lol

Does anyone have directv using this method: you and a group of people pay someone in the US for all the packages and just bring the boxes over here and install the dish?

I found one in the local Buy N Sell.
I know if you subscribe to Dshnetwork and want more then one receiver, it has to be connected to a phone line at all times or only 1 receiver works. And if you connect all the receiver to a phoneline, and your phone number is not an American number, your account gets suspended. So if you want legit Dishnetwork, brokers will only let you hook up one receiver per account now. I'm not sure if it's the same for Direct TV but Dishnetwork likes cracking down on account sharing.

Dish network has been officially n3 as of 1:30 this afternoon. Now they can work on a fix a proper non iks, non dongle fix
