i have a w850 and a s500.
850
- battery blew up
- cracked screen
500
- buttons cracked
- when i call out or receive, theres a bzzzzing from the ear piece.

W580i, glass over screen cracked/LCD itself not cracked, numeric pad buttons cracked but functioning. Everything else functioning. Take the phone alone or with charger/headphones/1Gb M2/data cable.
