This is why I think that German driving laws and training is way ahead of ours. In Germany, every car is equipped with a warning triangle that you are trained to deploy a few meters behind your vehicles and to turn your hazards on. You put a lay person behind the wheel of a vehicle, and when trouble strikes, it's going to be a disaster.
