Well put it this way, it's my dad who got the ticket (I just say that I got the ticket to lessen the confusion) and I don't want to screw his credit up just to save that $95 up.

well my friend's dad got a ticket about 10 or 11 years ago, he didn't pay it. nothing happened. no credit history or anything.

that's just his case, I am not sure about yours. since it's been a bit more than 10 years..maybe rules have changed?

my friend got a ticket from impark and decided not to pay it, they sent many many many letters telling him to pay it, and in the end, Impark decided to give this case to some other company who apparently can seize hold of your bank account if you dont pay it. O.o

or at least thats what the letter said.

if your so worried bout it, then just pay it. If you dont care about annoying calls just ignore. They'll keep harassing you, till ppl stop answering the phone.

Just tell them you've moved out of the country. That's what I told those Jesus people that come to my house. I haven't seen them since = )
