parking ticket for near end of lease car.
 
I got a parking ticket from Diamond parking earlier this week. Should I pay for it? I'm giving my car back and my license plate is going to be discontinued.

Just checking what you guys would do if you're in my situation.

I was in the EXACT SAME SITUATION. I didn't pay. No more letters after I returned the car back. I bought a new car but then I don't get any letters from the collection agency. It's not like the collection agency can do me any harm or anything but no more annoying letters.

UPDATE:

so today I got an mail from Diamond Parking that I have to pay for the fine.

How do they find out my address anyway?

The car is gone but they're asking me to pay $95 for it

What should I do?

They look up the plate number via ICBC. They have an agreement with ICBC. It's in the fine print.
