They don't make a whole lot of money off new vehicles, thats why the discounts on new vehicles are very limited. They make a killing off used vechiles for sure though. Probably easier to get them to throw in accesories than getting a cash discount.

My parents bought a civic through an auto broker (Thaico Auto Leasing & Sales Ltd), the owner John Thai is a great guy, no BS'ing.

Or if you have any friends who work at any dealerships at all, they can get a honda for you at wholesale price (and then they tack on whatever fees they please), so it doesn't necessarily have to be at a Honda dealership if you want to buy a honda.

Go to Vancouver Honda and look for Wilson Ng. Great guy to deal with and extremely knowledgeable.

HAHAHAHAHAHA THAT WAS YOU!!? :haha::haha::haha::haha: OMG talk of the office. Reminds me of the time a customer came in with an ice cream cone and Benji said " want some coffee on your ice cream?".

If you do come to middlegate ask for Brian Wu or Paul. They'll take care of you ;)

What's the one on Marine Drive near Oak? Vancouver Honda? If it is, go to Vancouver Honda. I got my Si Sedan there and it was great service.

Do NOT go to Richmond Honda in richmond automall. I was all ready to buy the car so I went to Richmond Honda. I asked to test drive one and the first thing the guy said to me was "Oh..there are 19 year old who wants to test our cars everyday and we simply can't do that. Sorry. No test drives. Plus, we currently have no Civic Si Sedan on the lots." I walked out of the show room onto the lot and there were at least THREE Civic Si Sedan on the lot clearly visible. So i walked back in and was like WTF? and the guy was like "Oh..must've missed those eh?" *guy walks away*.

Next day, I go to Vancouver Honda. I told them what i need, let me test drove the car, I liked it, did the paperwork and done. Easy as 1-2-3 and super friendly service.

I used to work @ Vancouver Honda and the service rep there was pretty cool.

talk to Gurp at Richmond Acura. He gave us a good price on our RSX and MDX. He has contacts at other dealerships and got our friend a good deal on a mazda3. A better price than the dealer that she was at.

TheSalesman 06-23-2009 05:01 PM

nobody on here went to kingsway honda? If anyone is still in the market for a honda then come to kingsway honda on 12th and kingsway. I'm the new salesman there so just pm me what you're looking for and i'll hook you guys up. New guy needs to sell to keep his job so I'll be giving them away pretty much.

cho 06-23-2009 05:11 PM

got mine at vancouver honda

guy talked my dad out of getting a si because it was "too fast"
...and then they got me auto
:C

TheSalesman 06-23-2009 05:28 PM

If your dad came to me, you'd be driving an Si right now.
I love the Si. too bad most people don't buy it because its manual.

alex.w *// 06-23-2009 06:18 PM

albert116 06-23-2009 07:25 PM

tofu1413 06-23-2009 09:16 PM

3 or 4 months ago I went with my friend to the Richmond Auto Mall honda dealership, and they gave us the best price on a 2 year lease on an accord coupe 4cyl. The chinese lady there seemed like she was one of those market sales ppl in chinatown, but at least she gave us the best price. On the day that we were picking up, she hardly dealt with us, because she knew she had locked in the deal already, She was lazy and dealt with other customers in between. :(

TheSalesman 06-24-2009 09:00 AM

the price difference between dealerships is minimal. You don't need to goto 10 dealerships to get an extra 100 bucks off. It also really depends on the managers mood that day. If hes in a good mood, he'll give out a good deal.
