			The real problem is if you open the hard drive enclosure and expose the plates to the musty air in your mom's basement. All of the cheeto dust in the air can't be good on the C: \Documents and Settings\leet4lyfe\personal\hidden\shemalepr0ns directory and whatever else you have stored on your HD

 also, do I need to remove the harddrive from the computer or can I just put it close? power on or off?!!!

Using a compass on your hard-drive can seriously and permanently erase all information stored on it. The polarization transversal compasing effects of said item will cause the invex data packets to reset. Use magnets only.

			i used an earth magnet on my hard drive and it removed all the viruses! i scanned it afterwards and it was clean as heck! fuck yeah thanks for the tip, propss

actually, what you have to do is take copper wire, wrap it around your HDD a zillion times. Until it looks like a coccon, then take the two ends and touch them to a car battery a couple times.  
that'll yeild atleast 500x whatever your old disk space is rated at. seagate does this all the time to recycle their old diskes.
