FS: Opteron 144 + 165 + DFI NF4-D
Opteron 165 CCBBE 0610DPMW dual core no heatsink/fan $100 OBO
(this is the best stepping you can get for an opteron) can do 3GHZ easily. maxed out at 3.2GHZ on air.

Opteron 144 cacje 0546apbw single core no heatsink/fan $40 OBO
can do 2.7GHZ easily. maxed out at 3GHZ.

DFI NF4-D. This board has been SLI and SATAII modded. $70 OBO
(this is also one of the best, if not the best, s939 motherboard)
