You can raise prices on Boxing Day and people will still buy it, because they always assume it's cheap

stores usually sell out the old stuff during boxing day, all that 70% off stuff is for the OLD OLD stock they have left. haha never new stuff

You don't shop online cause for the last two years, at 12:05AM, the server 'crashes' because its volume overload. Log back in at 12:07AM, everything is sold out.

The reason why boxing day is so cheap ain't fully controlled by the retail stores. The VENDORS, eg// samsung, HP, MS esp. will give rebates and back end rebate that is ONLY valid on Dec 26 onwards. This is the reason why FS cant' just sell things at the same price all yr round.
