this is on the main road on 41st facing west before the main intersection.

it was parked right in front on a bar that i never go to.

it was snowing hard at that time and i guess not alot of people were walking and driving at that time as people are counting down at home or something.

i wish i caught that guy. i saw some suspicious guy with a metal bar that he dragged on the side walk. he disappeared when i found out my door was busted.

He was so lucky i wasn't there.. it was bad enough he hit my GF's car.. but he was being an asshole to her acting like it was her fault she was parked lol.. but he was so lucky i wasn't there....

BUT anyways.. hope they don't screw you over.. Good Luck Bro!
wow that really sucks. i hate it when the people cause the accident and then blame it on the innocent party.

happend to my family friend where this guy drives someone elses car and purposely backs into another persons car late at night.

he then gets out and say, the damage is small, just pay me 300 for the deductible and he'll let it go. she obviously said no and tried to get his drivers licence, but he said he didn't have one and left the scene.

next day she files a claim and finds out that a lady ( owner of the car ) makes a claim that my family friend rear ened her.

my family friend had no witness and the fault was put on her as 90% of the time ICBC would automatically blame the car that is behind the other.

anyways, they went through court for 3 times and luckily my family friend won the case as someone else was complaining to ICBC about the same incident that happend that same night.

I think most of us have been there bro, I feel for you. I always took my car to Stillcreek Collision in Burnaby, Albert does great work at a good price.
