Keeping myself hydrated has always worked. I've yet to have a single hangover in my entire life after coming home shit faced hundreds of times. I always drink plenty of water and always have a bottle by my bed when I pass out. If I don't I always tend to wake up half way through the night and will make my way to the fridge and down water, juice or whatever I find.

Someone told me to drink gingerale and i just thru up bubbles instantly... kinda gross

well because drinking or even most drugs causes dehydration and gatorade is good to counter that
