The prevention and cure for hangovers is hydration. Drink a lot of water before you pass out, or drink a lot of water when you wake up. I prefer prevention

Best thing to prevent a hangover is to blender a protein shake with a banana in it and drink it right before you go to sleep.
And drink a bunch of water when you wake up.

I heard drinking pickle juice after drinking helps as well or something really salty. Other than that, water is probably the best.

Water and electrolytes.
Of course, lying on the bathroom floor clutching the toilet for support is my general means of curing myself of my worst hangovers.
Thankfully, I opted to not drink last night on account of all the welding I'm supposed to do today, but does anyone else get that awesome 4pm rush when the hangover finally disappears? The one where you feel completely energized and damn near invincible?
