so you managed to claim it or did you buy a new one yourself?

if you claimed it, better save up your money for your insurance premiums for the years to come ;)

remember for the first 1000 kms its good to go into vtec while the engine is cold. really go thru the rpm range, especially when cold.

LOL, how is everyone else the sucker. Enjoy that deductible and increased premiums if it's a collision claim. :) Next time buy a truck or drive around the water. Despite the funny hat and man made WOO WOO sounds as you VTEC through the puddles you are not Steamboat Willey.

Raid3n 01-09-2009 09:17 AM

that's why i like rotaries =D it'll just suck it in and blow steam out my tail pipe.

300 deductable and i already had 43% so it won't affect it that much;)

^^Yeah, but they'll throw in some $1000 engine from the ICBC wreckyard. Fortunately, there are tons of morons that crash civics, so parts are disposable to ICBC. Good luck! ;)

Captain Bondo 01-09-2009 05:39 PM

I recommend a carbureted engine as a replacement, like from the 70's. They are harder to hydrolock. Talk to ICBC, see if they can help you out.

Best of luck!

Send me your claim number. I'll call them.

BTW I really liked that both of your replies involved some sort of homeoerotic incest/paddle stuffing activity too. You have really reinforced what a top-notch human being you are.

Keep on truckin'!

Alatar 01-10-2009 10:16 AM

I think everyone got a collective serving of stupid in this thread. He stated he was with Canadian Northern Shield insurance. I'd be waiting for the letter saying they will no longer insure him, in the future.

gramser57 01-10-2009 10:44 AM

Get a Evinrude motor, no paddle required.

Rikaro 01-10-2009 11:31 AM

YOU'LL NEED THIS!
