buying lift tickets off craigslist... how do you know they're legit?
so im planning on heading up to whistler for a few days this weekend and since im poor after the holiday season i was browsing craigslist for some cheap lift tickets.
anybody know how i can check if they're legit or not?
if in doubt don't buy it and go to 7 eleven.
I'm planning to get some passes for Cypress through a friend for $40, and if I don't have time to go I will sell them on craigslist for the same price. Comes down to trust.
I guess it is buyer beware.
ya no real way to tell i dont think. Your taking the risk by cheaping out. just go to 7-11 and spend the little extra there discounted there and there your sure to get real passes. id rather feel safer by getting them there than going up all the way to whistler to find out you have fraudulant lift tix and have to spend more money
