my friends are looking for a 6000k H11 kit.

however, they need a slim ballast design (ie: like the DDM kit i have) for their bikes. is the smart eye a large ballast or a slim ballast? thank you in advance.

We have Bosch slim ballast kit available on sale, come to our shop and check it out.

6000k H4 kit available?

Also question, my car comes with daytime running lights that are very dim. When it gets dark, i have to turn on the lights for low beam, pull the handle for high beam.

how does the HID work with the daytime running lights?

price for the kit is $139, you don't need to reprogram the ECU, all you need is to get a relay kit plus from us, thanks.

12 sets left.

TRDood 05-09-2009 08:14 PM

thanks!

i just installed the Bosch Slim kit. took a little longer than expected cuz the instructions weren't all that clear... (the last picture was a bit too small) but i managed =)

9/10!

-1 because the socket/plug to my car's power supply was reversed. I tried like 3 times until I realized that the wiring is backwards to my power supply +/-. Could be my car's problem, or it could be the kit's wiring problem. I don't know, but that wasted 10 mins trying to figure out everything. And to be safe, I wrapped the whole power supply connector thingy with electrical tape. is that okay?

TRDood 05-10-2009 09:03 AM

also, when i start the lights, there is a hissing sound coming out from the ballast, is that normal.?

Some of the car's wire are reversed +/- such as Toyota's 9006 the are all reversed. All you need to do is reverse it back it won't damage anything, because these are digital ballast. If you just wrapped the connector together that's fine.
