You can tell which people arent planning on getting far in life when they put a tattoo on their neck. What are you planning on doing at job interviews? Wearing a turtle neck?

No matter what you want to believe people WILL judge you if you have tattoos. By putting it right on your neck it makes it almost impossible for someone not to see it. You can have a full sleeve and if you wear long sleeves it wont show.
Also correct me if I'm wrong. But didnt you say you were a model?
I know a couple of models and they are told to not even tan. If they want a tan its done with an airbrush so it can be controlled by the client.

I'm not trying to piss anyone off here...if you got a tattoo...i'm sure (i hope atleast) you did it with the best intentions and reasons....

BUT:

regardless of it being proper or not, people will judge you on your appearance in first impression situations like an interview. and in all honesty, if you dont like it...too fucking bad.

and this whole obsession with chinese characters on people who obviously do not know how to read, write, or speak the language is beyond retarded!! don't for a second try to pass it on that you got it for personal reasons when you haven't a clue about the language. it's 100% poser. Why not write it in english? is it the mystery aspect of it so that people have to ask ''hey, that's cool...what's it say?"

For me, i would not get into a relationshop with a person with a tattoo. A one night stand or fwb, absolutely.
Someone i know has the word ''yun'' (translated kinda into 'tolerance?') on their back with other stuff...as a way to remind them to. But honestly, you cant even see your own back without a mirror...same as your shoulder-blades...and if you can, you're seriously messed up. So how is it a reminder to 'yun'?

Same goes for a cousin who has his whole back done to remember his father. First of all, his father HATED tattoos. second, it's on your back!! third, you remember people in your heart, not on your skin.

LMAO penner, YES i do agree with you about the whole spot that it is in..in that photo it looks like it is easily noticable. It is not, I have it in a spot where all my hair covers it.
And i model just for self esteem, sadly enough.
But yes ,definatly... people WILL judge any tattoo they see.. but as for myself?... if i see a tattoo i do not agree with, i've learnt to keep my mouth shut because not everyone will love your tattoo as you might not love theirs.
