Of course it doesnt work.
Yes, if he was not overclocking his CPU... But since he raised his FSB for his CPU, the RAM is basically tied in together. So you should balance it out shouldn't you?

Set everything to auto in your bios. Seriously... are all these problems worth the occasional 10% speed boost? And what on earth do you need 8 gigs of ram for?
