Copy MP3's on IPODS Is it possible and how do I copy the songs from my IPOD onto the hard drive? Is it possible to plug in my friends IPOD into my Itunes and copy the songs? I'm just thinking that if I harddrive crashes, and if my MP3's are on my IPOD, there is no way to back them up. |
there are prorams that can pull songs from your ipod, just google forthem |
1) not sure 2) You can use a program like Music Rescue where you can copy your friends song onto your computer. |

As long as your iPod is set to manually sync, you can use your iPod in any other computer that shares the same OS used when you first synced your iPod. A freeware program such as SharePod can copy files from your iPod to your computer. |
How do you sync your ipod when it's in Mac format but you're using windows xp? Im trying to save the songs on my ipod without loosing it. But i cant connect because it's not in the window's format. |
what a coincidence, i just did this today. i used tansee iphone copy. it can copy ipod and iphone's music to mp3 files on your computer. retaining all the tags. you can find the program by searching "tansee" on mininova and thepiratebay. it works great on my iphone, and windows 7. |
i believe sharepod works well too. |
yamipod is the best |
