Pioneer AVH-6000dvd

Does anywhere locally carry the Pioneer AVH-6000dvd?
I can't seem to find it anywhere except on US websites...
Also, I read the 6000 is the newer model of the 6800 but exactly what are the differences?

I was considering the JVC lcd screens but the visualizations on the pioneer just makes it look so nice!
so far it doesn't seem like many lcd decks out there have visualizations?

The 6000 and 6800 are pretty much the same. The 6000 is NOT available in Canada for whatever reason. I think it was because of slow sales of the 6800 in the two years previous.

Take a look at the new JVC's. They are better in a lot of ways compared to the Pioneers.

aren't the only lcd JVC's out right now the JVC KW-AVX810 and the higher model with gps?
I played around with one but the menu/visuals seems kinda plain... it doesn't even let you upload your own wallpaper

that and the fact that they were $1999 and still are that much. Its too expensive to be competitive in the market now.

you're better off waiting if that 4100 does everything u want it to do. Remember, electronics get cheaper every year with more added features.

Cost of labor goes up with ever year though (inflation with costs of gas and such right) to keep up with the market.
