Whoa, don't postpone your MT fluid change! It's pretty important to keep the syncros properly lubricated. I hope you don't mean it literally! It's not worth the $8 savings!

well i recently did both my cars.

bought 6L of royal purple diff fluid.

2L in the GS's rear diff

2L in the highlanders rear diff, and 2L in the front diff...

at cold start feels a little sluggish, but as it warms up, feels very smooth!

my subaru forester uses the same fluid for rear diff and MT and front diff

MT and front diff are in the same case

this particular transmission does not like royal purple or so I heard

I don't have Lordco account- thats probably why it is more expensive.
I never really good at pretending to have BCIT account also.. always got caught with some question and embarrass my self LOL

anyone work at lordco, napa, mopac , willing to get me account discount without hassle?

thanks

yea i thought it could have been a subaru. all subaru's use gl5 for some reason. front diff + transmission = transaxle.

just ask the guy at the counter sometimes, they'll give you a discount if you act broke enough, they did for me on some plug wires

When did you buy it at that price? I've noticed that Redline Synthetics are going up in price. Cheapest place I got it just a week ago was for $12.50 at Driver's Edge Performance. Lordco couldn't match the price.
