Dell's Online Return Policy...any personal experiences?

Ok, I just brought the Canon SX110 from Dell as part of their Deals of the Day specials; $100 off. They more or less shipped the order in less than 6 hours so I could not cancel the order on time. On their online policy, the return policy states that Dell is not responsible for any shipping charges for refunds, plus I would be subject to a 15% restocking fee.....

I called the rep to clarify, he stated that's only for business customers, and that my refund will be free of charge.....he is correct?

Although it was a great deal, I don't really need it...

I returned projector case purchased from dell before with no extra charges(ordered double by mistake), they even paid for the shipping back to their warehouse.
