Anyone done these? TD Canada Trust is making me do one before they set up an interview for me. Any hints and tips would be appreciated ^_^

Pick the answer that is true for you.

Correct. Answer whats true to you. Don't answer what you think they want to hear.

that wont' work either.

I reality if I see my co-worker taking a box of pen from the office, I would probably laugh at them and let it go.

If he/she comes in late/leave early for parties, I won't mind covering for them.

But these answers won't get you hired, 100%.

^ So wouwou, what exactly do you mean by the "high road". Pick what would generally be the correct answer?

there are questions that have scenarios in which "minor" mistakes are performed by your co-worker.

always do the right thing.

So if the question states "If your co-worker came late 10 minutes without anyone knowing, would you tell your supervisor or let it go?" I would answer yes I would let my supervisor know? Or give my co-worker a second chance?..

I don't think I ever had to answer those questions... maybe they changed the hiring process... which branch did you go for an interview?

Wow talk about difficult process for just teller! Is it the job market?! So many tellers I know from other banks get hired on the spot after a brief informal chat with the Branch / Assistant Managers!
