HARRISONVILLE, Mo. -- Cass County prosecutors on Friday announced charges against a man for allegedly raping his teenage daughter and killing at least one of the babies.Danial M. Rinehart, 47, was charged with one count of second-degree murder, endangering the welfare of a child, statutory rape, two counts of incest and two counts of abandonment of a corpse.Authorities allege Rinehart fathered four children with his then 13-year-old daughter. The girl is now 19. Only one of the girl's children is alive -- a 3-year-old who is now in custody of the state.

The teen's first baby, a girl who died during childbirth, may have been buried in Oklahoma while the family was living there, prosecutors said. Authorities are investigating.The teen's other two children are believed to be buried in rural Cass County. One was a 3-month-old boy known as J.R. The other was a girl born last spring.Prosecutors said the dead infants were put in ice coolers.

After reading the whole article what I found to be just as fucked up is that no one EVER did anything. These 3 other daughters and son never went to the authorities. They say they were scared, but lets be honest. Their father is now caught and is in jail and wont harm them. They could have done the identical thing 5 years ago and the results could have very much been the. I do feel bad for the kids, but I think their just as retarded.

you have to realize, thats the person that raised them. ever since day 1, everything they know about society and reality comes from him. if that guy told you that he will destroy you if you rebelled, i think they would believe him. maybe just the thought of a failed attempt was enuff to stop them from even trying
