shit nice! i remember my first bong hit... fuck that i was done! i had a hockey game in 2 hours so im like no problem id burn out in 1 hour... turned out i couldnt drive to the game cuz i so messed up.. but i played in the game and got 2 goals  yay! benefits was that i was really ripped and happy and i didnt get tired at all and i was going end to end lol.

Actually I think most ppl who have never smoked from a bong, especially Lubongo, would get KO'd in one hit.
Most anyone who hits a bong for the first time is pretty knocked out. Especially if it's good green.
Lubongo got me fuckin' ripped before work that day man!
