- Slotted rotors
- Rogue Engineering adjustable camber arms
- AFE cold air intake
- Upgraded front & rear sway bars
- Short shifter w/ weighted ZHP shift knob 
Front three windows aren't tinted any more, and I'll have E46 M3 wheels on there as of tomorrow.

There was another red 6spd local, no accidents with 94k that sold for $13,500 a few months back when I was looking before I bought my GTI. I'm now looking at E46 M3s and there are several no accident cars you can buy with less kms for less money than your car. If you don't want to sell it, that's cool, but just thought I'd give you a heads up in case you really are just not as aware of current market pricing on these cars.
Mark (sold these cars for a living).
This was a local 1-owner BC 2004 model in a more desirable colour with only 69k and every service record. A very desirable ZHP for sure and we sold it in September 2011 for $16k, just as a datapoint for you.

^ great shots btw.......makes me miss my E46 M3 big time!.....as the E46 ages gracefully, the more I appreciate the E46's flares, overall lines, and the 19 forged wheels....I would say clean low mileage E46 M3 will start increasing in price in about 5yrs.....
